Through more than 15 years, Howell Belanger Castelli Architects has provided professional architectural, planning and design services for corporations, institutions and individuals nationwide. We have completed projects in 47 states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. The firm is lead by its four principals:
Thomas W Howell, AIA Gregory R Belanger, AIA Raffaele Castelli, AIA Michael S Sjöholm, AIA.
Our services include project management, design, prototype development, construction administration site development, planning, zoning and code analysis, interior design, landscape design, lighting design and programming.

Our 30 person professional staff in our Manhattan office constitutes our most important resource. We recognize our value to our clients is the direct result of the talent in our organization. OUR WORK PROCESS
Howell Belanger Castelli Architects organizes all of our client work under one or more of the firm’s principals. The day to day project activities are carried out by an architect/project manager supported by staff that increase or decrease depending on the job phase and workload. Our project managers are normally responsible for multiple projects. Howell Belanger Castelli Architects’ procedure is to carefully schedule our full office project commitments starting about eight months before the project’s construction start. This master schedule is monitored and updated on a weekly basis. As project phase and workload dictates, our staff will spend time on the project keeping it on track and on schedule. Our practice is 100% electronic. Our network operating system is Windows XP Professional. We draw using AutoCAD 2007. In addition to construction document production and project management systems, Howell Belanger Castelli Architects has outstanding in-house rendering and architectural modeling capabilities using 3D Studio. |
